Does anyone know whether or not the Tesla Bot is going to be able to talk and hold conversations? Musk mentioned that each robot would be able to develop a unique personality, so I’m guessing that means it will talk

Hey @NickA. I think at the very least these robots will come with the hardware necessary to communicate.

As for developing a personality and how well it can speak, I think that will be done via a mix of OTA updates and our own input.

Knowing that Tesla is heavily invested into AI, it's inevitable.

I think better questions would be; how well it will be able to communicate, the learning curve for it to develop a personality, etc.
